30-Day Return Policy
At Safaa Aesthetic Academy, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you may need to return a purchase. To ensure a smooth and fair return process, we have established the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must adhere to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it.
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received – unused, unopened, with all packaging and labels intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund as promptly as possible. Please note the following:
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Any shipping costs associated with your purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

CANCELLATION /NO SHOWS /REFUNDS(in relation to clinic treatments)
We do not refund for change of mind if you found it cheaper elsewhere.
Treatments and products are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.
We require at least 48 hours notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, or no show, we have the right to retain your deposit.
In case of prepaid treatments the full cost of treatment will be forfeited if no shows, cancelled within 48 hours or not used in with in time frames given on the date of treatment.
There is no refund on prepaid treatments.
If product is faulty it may be replaced.
If you purchase a prepaid service you will save money and they have an expiry depending on how many treatments e.g 3 treatments will have a 12 month expiry from the day you purchase.
All In Clinic Treatment Packages Expiration
1-3 Treatments = 3 months Expiry
4-6 Treatments = 6 month Expiry
All other treatments = 12 months Expiry
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Card Policy
Vouchers are valid up to 12 months. No extension on vouchers that have expired.
Gift vouchers should be redeem within time frame of expiry.
